In 2006, it was discovered that fibroblasts from humans and mice can be reprogrammed to generate inducible pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), which have similar characteristics to embryonic stem cells. This has created a valuable new source of pluripotent stem cells for drug development, cell therapy, and basic research.
From the initial discovery of iPSC to the current breakthrough, our stem cell research products have always been an integral part of the research of Induced pluripotent stem cell.
 
Product Overview
The product adopts a brand-new technology upgrade, where a Sendai virus is modified to have an F gene deletion, while also incorporating four Yamanaka factors (Klf4, Sox2, Oct3/4, c-Myc), significantly improving the iPSC induction efficiency and making the process simpler to use.
