iPSC transduction tests on Human Fibroblast Cells
Using MeltonVEC™-Sendai iPSC Reprogramming Kit (normal), human skin fibroblasts were subjected to transduction tests. It was found that the fibroblast cells were reprogrammed into iPSCs from Day 8. The typical iPSC morphology became very obvious under microscopic observation on Day 9.
