In January 2025, the G-FaST laboratory successfully used our product"MeltonVEC™-Cell Fusion Kit(HVJ-E)(MSV1002) (Freeze dried)" to complete spindle transfer testing. After adding 210 µl of PBS buffer to dissolve the lyophilized reagent, further dilution of the virus is required to reduce the soaking time and avoid spindle body death.

Our cell fusion reagent (MSV1002) is continuously being optimized, and we have recently introduced a liquid version. The liquid version was tested at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai, where the fusion efficiency of monkey oocyte was 81.25% (13/16), and the spindle transfer success rate was 100% (5/5). It is recommended that the soaking time not exceed 5 seconds.

Currently, the liquid version shows better results and is easier to use. For customers placing orders now, we will offer one free liquid version test along with the lyophilized product.

Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our customers for their continued support.
